Early-access places are limited, so we can't promise everyone a place. If the funeral is soon, write the date in the comment box — we'll do our best to fit you in, and reply within 24 hours to say whether we can make it.
How much does it cost?
The custom film that AI shapes around your family's photos is a paid service, and we're also planning a free, template-based version. When places open, we'll email you the details and pricing — nothing starts until you agree.
How soon will we receive the film?
Once the photos and text are confirmed, in as little as a few hours. We plan photo collection and checks backward from the date of the funeral.
Can older relatives take part?
Yes. Anyone can open the link and upload photos — no account, no app to install. A younger relative can also do it for them, or use a computer.
Is it made with AI?
Yes. AI helps look through the photos, put them in order, propose styles and render the film — that's how it can be so quick. But your family stays in charge: you choose the style, every word on screen comes only from details you confirmed, and only you tell us who is who. We never generate scenes that didn't happen, and never make anyone appear to speak.
What happens to our photos?
They're used only for your film — never published and never used to train any model. Originals are deleted within 30 days of delivery.
Is this available outside Taiwan?
We're starting in Taiwan, in Traditional Chinese. Japan and other regions will follow — join the list and we'll let you know.
