Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data our waitlist collects and how you can ask us to see or delete it. It also covers the notice items required by Article 8 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.
Who collects it
Operated by the memorial-video.design team (“we”) · hello@memorial-video.design
Why
Only to run the waitlist: to email you when early access opens, and to send news directly about this service. Nothing else.
What we collect
What you type: your email (required), and your name and comment (optional).
Recorded automatically when you submit: page language, country or region estimated from your connection (your IP address is not stored), browser information (User-Agent), the referring page (Referrer) and the page you submitted from.
How long, where, and who uses it
We keep it until 12 months after early access ends. If you ask us to delete it, we do so within 30 days.
It is stored with Cloudflare (possibly outside Taiwan). Cloudflare hosts the site and database for us as a processor and does not use the data for its own purposes.
Only we use it, to send you emails. We never sell it or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, get a copy, correct or complete it, ask us to stop using it, or have it deleted.
Email hello@memorial-video.design, or simply reply to any email we send you. We will act on it as soon as we can and confirm by email.
If you don’t provide it
Without an email we can’t add you to the waitlist. Name and comment are optional and change nothing if left blank.
Also
This site uses no advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views: it is cookieless, provides only aggregate page-view statistics, and does not build personal profiles or identify you. This page covers the waitlist only; how photos are handled when we make films will be explained before the service starts. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
